Vibrant Planet worked with Conservation International's leadership team to redefine their values and core competencies in a way that reflects changes in strategy and organizational structure. We then guided the Human Resources and Communications teams to link vision, mission, values, and core competencies to CI's operating strategy and helped develop a worldwide communications plan.
